The unique Egalet® formulation is produced using a simple, straightforward and established manufacturing process. The Egalet process uses the same injection molding technology that is used in the plastic industry to create the coating and matrix. This is the first time that a company has combined a standard pharmaceutical production with plastic injection molding.
